• Our mission is to provide affordable maid services within the Washington DC Metro area. Our commitment is to offer professional, top notch and personalized residential cleaning services.
• Our company offers a 100% guarantee on all of our housecleaning. Any necessary adjustments must be reported to our office within 24 hours of the cleaning date for resolution by one of our cleaning staff members.
• Each of our clients has different needs. Please keep us informed of any special requests, comments and/or suggestions you may have. The more specific your feedback, the better job our teams can do for you. Please let us know about any allergies and or chemical sensitivities of the occupants. We can customize our services to meet your specific needs.
• For your peace of mind, McCleaned is licensed, bonded, and insured. Also, we comply with federal, state and local labor and tax laws. We carry worker’s compensation insurance as required by state statute. We also carry liability insurance for personal and property damage in the amount specified in the Certificate of Insurance. The client agrees to indemnify and hold McCleaned harmless from any personal and property damage claims in excess of the amounts specified in the Certificate of Insurance. Upon your request, we will be happy to provide you a copy for your records.
